We are finalizing the Protools 3.0. So far almost of the old tools from Protools 2.0 is migrated.

Wonder why Protools 3.0?? Take a look:

Back to January, 1999, I started Protools as a small collection of packers/unpackers. It was ugly. Protools 1.0.

Protools 2.0 was more skinnable, more structured. Its skins are changed on every 100K hits (so called parties ;)), thanks to gfx artists contributions.  But still, using an HTML editor and updating with FTP with no elements of interactivity.

Now, you are browsing Protools 3.0, powered by the wonderful Drupal. With sophisticated structure organization, forum, comments, ratings, rich-text editing, integrated search ... all that elements that makes Protools more interactive and more useful.

During its existance, Protools has been moved from host to host. Some were free, others were contributed. Thanks to azzi, LordOfLA, ... and recently Zero for contributing their space and bandwidth to all Protoolers.

Thanks to all gfx designers, from the past until now, for their contributions (skins & logos). Mr_Stop, Oracle, Orc, Thai Son, Kirch0ff, Illuminator, and recently, sopivite & MiB.

Thanks to all that offered helps making Protools 3.0 possible. Especially to draconius and arnix.

And of course, thanks to Protools' visitors, that so called, Protoolers ;).
